Dropdown: Registrant can select an option from a dropdown menu (options provided by admin)
Short Text: Text box that allows for a shorter written answer from registrants
Radio Button: Registrant can select an option from a list (options provided by admin)
Upload: Allow a registrant to upload a file (for example: consent form, resume, etc)
